Physical Product Shipping

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment is received. During promotional periods, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes
We ship Australia-wide using reputable postal or courier services. Estimated delivery times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–8 business days

  • Express Shipping: 1–4 business days

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and delivery location.

Order Tracking
Where tracking is available, you will receive tracking details via email once your order has been dispatched.

Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Bodyvision Clinic is not responsible for parcels delayed or lost due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or has not arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us at info@bodyvisionclinic.com.au within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

Gift Vouchers (Online Only)

Bodyvision Clinic gift vouchers purchased online are delivered digitally via email.

  • Gift vouchers are typically sent within minutes of purchase.

  • During peak periods, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

  • No physical voucher will be mailed.

Please ensure the recipient’s email address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for vouchers sent to an incorrect email address provided by the purchaser.

If a gift voucher email is not received, please check spam/junk folders or contact us at info@bodyvisionclinic.com.au.
