Refund policy

Treatment Service Bookings

Deposits
A $40 deposit is required to secure all bookings with a treatment value over $40.
A 50% deposit is required to secure bookings with a treatment value of $40 or less.

Deposits apply to all booking methods, including online, phone, and in-clinic reservations.

Booking Changes
We kindly require the following notice periods:

  • Rescheduling: Minimum 48 hours’ notice

  • Cancellations: Minimum 24 hours’ notice

If less than 24 hours’ notice is provided, or in the event of a failure to attend a scheduled appointment (“no-show”), the deposit will be forfeited.

Late Arrivals
Arriving late may result in a shortened treatment time to avoid impacting other clients. The full treatment fee will still apply. If arrival is more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule the appointment, and the cancellation policy may apply.



Medical Disclosure & Suitability for Treatment

Bodyvision Clinic provides professional skin and aesthetic treatments that may not be suitable for everyone. By booking an appointment, clients agree to provide complete and accurate information regarding their medical history, medications, allergies, and any relevant health conditions.

Certain treatments may be contraindicated for clients who are pregnant or breastfeeding, have specific medical conditions, are using particular medications, or have recently undergone other cosmetic or medical procedures. It is the client’s responsibility to inform the clinic of any changes to their health status prior to treatment.

Bodyvision Clinic practitioners reserve the right to decline or modify a treatment if it is deemed unsuitable or unsafe. In such cases, an alternative treatment may be recommended.



Treatment Outcomes & Liability

Individual results vary and cannot be guaranteed. Treatment outcomes depend on many factors, including skin type, medical history, lifestyle, and adherence to aftercare instructions.

Clients agree to follow all pre- and post-treatment advice provided by Bodyvision Clinic. The clinic is not responsible for adverse outcomes where aftercare instructions have not been followed or where relevant medical information has not been disclosed.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bodyvision Clinic is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from treatments provided, except where liability cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.



Service Refund Policy (Treatments)

All treatment services provided by Bodyvision Clinic are non-refundable.

Due to the time, preparation, and professional resources allocated to each appointment, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction with subjective results, or missed appointments.

Where a treatment is deemed unsuitable or cannot proceed for medical or safety reasons identified by our practitioners, we may, at our discretion, offer:

  • An alternative suitable treatment, or

  • A credit to your client account for future services

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.



PRODUCT SALES

At Body Vision Clinic, we stand by the quality of our products and comply fully with Australian Consumer Law.

Returns

We accept returns for faulty or defective items only.

If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us within 15 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with proof of purchase.

To request a return, please email info@bodyvisionclinic.com.au prior to sending your item. Returns will not be accepted without prior approval.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly so we can assess the matter and provide an appropriate resolution.

Where a product is confirmed to have a major fault, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.


Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.


Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards are not eligible for return, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.


Refunds

Once your return has been received and assessed, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
